People. Places. Zyrtec.
Insight: Allergies make your world feel small and restricted.
Audience: Outdoorsy Allergy sufferers
Objective: Create a visually arresting campaign that will subtly convey the Zyrtec’s best feature: that the world is wider with it.
Little pill,
big world
Allergies are a constant annoyance for those that suffer from them. Preventing many from living out the enriching experiences they might otherwise pursue. Zyrtec is an easy solve, letting people experience the world without restrictions. This campaign seeks to frame this benefit in a very visual way, putting allergy sufferers as little footnotes in a beautiful world that is now open to their exploration.
See more, sneeze less.
With a travel focused campaign, we put our Zyrtec-takers in a number of exaggerated, but not unreasonable scenarios that conveyed the need for allergy relief with little explanation. To underline this, they found their out of home placement in many places of transit.
Win an allergy-free escape, with the Zyrtec travel contest
To organically spread the campaign to the masses we launched a viral contest alongside the Zyrtec ads. To qualify, all you need to do is create a tweet tagging Zyrtec with a short summary about how Zyrtec helps you live allergy free. Five lucky winners will be given an all expense paid vacation to a US National Park of their choosing.
Escape the Pollen-dome
As a fun experiential branch of the campaign we built elaborate “human-habitats” in different public parks around the US. The habitats were complete with comfy couch, table, desk, air purifier and maybe one or two house-plants. But they also doubled as micro-escape rooms! The simple solution? Find the Zyrtec, then the wider world becomes yours for the taking.
